Sourcing our own raw materials allows us to significantly improve quality whilst also keeping the price low. In addition, having complete control over the raw materials and manufacturing process is what allows us to produce high-quality products at an affordable price.

DESIGN
TAIL PIPE
Made from Titanium material to Φ115mm diameter and 1mm thick piping. Straight cut designed and finished for race use. Finished off with the EXPREME Ti logo laser etched on the tip with the Titanium gradation blue colours.
CLAMP BAND
This clamp design is much stronger than the conventional flange and bolt type. It secures the pipe in place and can keep an airtight fixture whilst still being able to cope with the high heat, the stress loads and the vibrations that it will endure.

SILENCER
-SILENCER CASE-
This part is made from Titanium with the pipe size of φ152 and a 1mm thickness. The oversized shell design optimizes exhaust gas flow, which helps with power gains. Then, the embossed Tomei logo and beautiful heat gradation colouring gives it the finishing touch that you'd expect.
-PUNCHED MESH-
Made entirely from Titanium of 1mm thickness and with an open slot ratio of 32.6%. With the combination of light weight Titanium material, the high flow design delivers a really nice racing exhaust sound.
-GLASS WOOL-
The long fiber wool threads were adopted for the silencer. This type has proven to last longer than the traditional fiberglass materials even over a longer period of time with extensive high-temperature exposure both at high and low pressures.
CONNECTING SPRINGS
The pipes are connected together with the use of a hook and spring design. This allows the pipe some movement to help absorb vibrations. The hook springs alone is sufficient to hold the pipes together. However you will get the best secured pipe joints when using the clamp band and the springs together.
PRECISION WELDS
Titanium is known to be difficult to weld but with our experienced methods, we are able to achieve the best results with strength, durability and quality in finish. With the use of the right equipment, attention to detail to yield the best results you would expect.
OUR HIGHLY SKILLED ENGINEERS USE THE BEST ENVIRONMENT & PRODUCTION PROCESSES.
WELDING EQUIPMENT
Using the gas lens optimizes shielding gas coverage, which will ensure consistent, quality TIG welds.
STANDARD TYPE
![]() |
Gases are discharged in a straight line. This method has a lower shielding effect. |
GAS LENS
![]() |
This method discharges the gas over a wider area. The sealed effect is much higher this way. |
WELDING JIG
![]() |
Optimized back-sealed jigs aids with quality design production. Strength is maintained even from the inside of the pipe. |
| ※ WHY IS THE BACK SHEETING NEEDED WITH THE AFTER SEAL Titanium material is not easy to weld. So when the the weld reacts with the oxygen & nitrogen & hydrogen in the atmosphere at low temperatures, the weld will become brittle. Therefore it is vital to seal the gas off from the irregular atmospheric conditions. Welding will not work if the temperature behind the weld drops from 200 degrees celcius or less. |
WELDING CONDITIONS
The welding procedure is performed with the best temperature controlled conditions. This helps secure the added strength and clean consistency in the quality of the welds. This prevents any defects that would have been caused by dust, wind and humidity.
PROCESS
Oil content, cutting through the powder, and the like removal of fat, You wash, and prevent weld defect.
(①Lens not used) The blue-gray is the color of the weld, which shows that the weld has a problem.
(②Excessive Welding Current) The thin weld color is close to blue gray, this shows problems in the weld.
(③Excessive Welding Current) This will produce an undesirable look.
(④ Without a back sheild) The white shows the oxidation, which means that the weld strength has decreased considerably.
Silver: This is the sign of a perfect weld, free from any weld defects.
Gold/Blue A near perfect weld without any weld defects.
Purple/Blue. Some signs of ductility on the weld surface. But, almost no influence in the metals' quality characteristics.
Blue/Gray A considerable weld defect. The sheet weld ductility has considerably decrease.
White/Ash Yellow. Bad condition, the weld is fragile.
※Above Note: The purplish blue colour is the sign that the weld is perfect.
With the above-mentioned result, "④Without back shield",
the weld actually looks fine. But only when you bend it is when you can see how weak it actually is.

When the surface conditions are controlled well, the weld state will yield the best results (the presence of the back shield conditions differs) as shown in the photo, the weld still retains strength even after bending it to a full 180 degrees.
From the following points, ① appearance due to the colour of the welds, ② both are important, since it shows if the back has oxidized or not.
We pay extra attention to every detail during the production process for our TOMEI products when we use our jigs.
Most of our kits from Liberty Walk and Rocket Bunny are made to order. We have about a 4 to 7 weeks of build time and about a 1 week shipping time frame, if you want to get it by air. Shipping can be from $1000 to $3500 if you pick the air freight option. We do offer a different ship-by-ocean container option but that can take 1 to 3 months of waiting time. Before purchase please contact our team using the website Whatsapp badge located on the bottom right of the site. Shipping payment will be confirmed by our team when the kit has been completed and we will reach out to you for payment.
