Trackuza Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Trackuza for your GT-R, Skyline, performance parts, widebody kits, aero parts, merchandise, and automotive customization needs.
Please review this return, refund, cancellation, warranty, and shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Trackuza, the customer agrees to the terms listed below.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers have three calendar days from the date of payment to request an order cancellation or refund on eligible items.
If a cancellation or refund is approved within the three-day window, a 10% cancellation and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers payment processing fees, administrative time, order handling, and services already provided.
After the three-day cancellation window has passed, the order is considered final. Once funds are processed, transferred, or sent to the supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or authorized warehouse, Trackuza cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.
Final Sale Policy — Performance Parts
All performance parts sales are final once the three-day cancellation period has passed.
Customers have three calendar days from the date of payment to request an order cancellation or refund on eligible performance parts. If a cancellation or refund is approved within the three-day window, a 10% cancellation and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After the three-day cancellation period, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on performance parts.

Customers are responsible for confirming fitment, model year, part compatibility, and intended use before placing an order. Trackuza may assist with product guidance when possible, but final responsibility for fitment and compatibility remains with the customer.
Aero Parts, Widebody Kits, Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, and VAD Design
All Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, VAD Design, widebody kits, aero kits, carbon fiber parts, oversized body components, imported body components, and special-order body components are final sale once the three-day cancellation period has passed.
Customers have three calendar days from the date of payment to request a cancellation or refund on eligible aero or widebody kit orders. If a cancellation or refund is approved within the three-day window, a 10% cancellation and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After the three-day cancellation period, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
These products are often made to order, special ordered, imported, allocated, reserved, or produced specifically for the customer. Because of this, Trackuza cannot issue refunds once the cancellation window has expired or once the order has been processed with the supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or authorized warehouse.
Merchandise, Apparel, and Gift Cards
All merchandise, apparel, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on merchandise, apparel, promotional items, or gift cards unless Trackuza approves an exception in writing.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, item, and quantity before placing an order.
Warranty, Defects, and Manufacturer Claims
Trackuza is a retailer and sales channel for automotive performance parts, aero components, widebody kits, merchandise, and related products. Trackuza does not manufacture the products sold on TRACKUZA.COM unless specifically stated in writing.
Most products sold by Trackuza are shipped directly from the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse to the customer. Because Trackuza does not manufacture these products, all warranty claims, defect claims, product issues, and return requests must be handled directly through the original manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse.
Customers must contact the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse first before attempting to return any product. If the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse approves the claim, the customer must obtain a valid RMA number, return authorization, or written return approval before shipping any item back.
Trackuza will not accept unauthorized returns. Products must not be shipped back to Trackuza unless Trackuza provides written approval and specific return instructions.
Any warranty approval, replacement, repair, exchange, return, refund, or denial is determined solely by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse. Trackuza may assist with communication when possible, but Trackuza cannot guarantee warranty approval, replacement parts, return acceptance, refunds, or claim outcomes.
Warranty coverage may be denied by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse for reasons including, but not limited to:

Racing use
-
Off-road use
-
Misuse or abuse

Product modification
-
Incorrect fitment

Installation damage

Wear and tear
-
Failure caused by another part

Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions

Failure to use the product for its intended purpose
Customers are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer’s warranty policy before purchasing and installing any product.
Returns
Trackuza does not accept direct returns unless approved in writing by Trackuza.
Because most products are manufacturer-direct, supplier-direct, distributor-direct, special order, imported, made to order, or drop-shipped directly to the customer, any return request must be made through the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse.
Customers must obtain an RMA number or written return authorization from the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse before returning any product. Items returned without proper authorization may be refused, denied, lost, or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Trackuza is not responsible for unauthorized returns sent to the wrong location.
If a return is approved by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified, and returned in original condition with all packaging, hardware, instructions, accessories, and components included.
The manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse reserves the right to deny any return if the item is installed, damaged, altered, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in original condition.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing components, or incorrect, the customer must contact Trackuza and/or the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse immediately.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos of:

The shipping label

The damaged or incorrect item

Any visible defects
-
Any missing components
-
All included packing materials
Customers must keep all original packaging until the claim is fully resolved.
Failure to report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, warehouse, or insurance provider.
Shipping, Freight, Tariffs, Duties, and Additional Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an exception is approved in writing by Trackuza or the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized warehouse.
For Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, VAD Design, widebody kits, aero kits, carbon fiber parts, oversized freight items, and imported parts, shipping costs may include freight charges, handling fees, tariffs, duties, import fees, customs-related charges, warehouse fees, and other transportation-related costs.
Some Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, and VAD Design products may require customer pickup from a warehouse, freight terminal, port, or approved delivery location unless Trackuza is handling the project directly.
Additional fees may be required at pickup or delivery, including but not limited to broker fees, customs fees, port fees, storage fees, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, terminal fees, or other freight-related charges. These additional fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing by Trackuza.
Many Liberty Walk and Rocket Bunny products are received through our California warehouse network after being imported from the manufacturer. From there, products may be distributed throughout the United States and North America.
Trackuza is not responsible for carrier delays, port delays, customs delays, manufacturer delays, supplier delays, distributor delays, freight damage, missed delivery appointments, or additional third-party fees charged by carriers, ports, brokers, warehouses, customs, or freight companies.
Special Orders and Supplier-Direct Orders
Many products sold by Trackuza are special order, supplier-direct, distributor-direct, imported, made to order, allocated, reserved, or drop-shipped directly to the customer.
Once these orders are processed with the supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or authorized warehouse, they cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged after the three-day cancellation period.
Order Processing Times
Some products may require additional processing time due to supplier availability, manufacturing time, import time, freight scheduling, warehouse processing, or manufacturer delays.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing by Trackuza.
Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, warehouses, shipping carriers, customs, weather, ports, freight companies, or other third parties do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund after the cancellation period has passed.
Fitment and Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming fitment, compatibility, model year, vehicle application, and intended use before placing an order.
Trackuza may provide product guidance, recommendations, and support when possible, but the customer is responsible for verifying that the product is correct for their vehicle and build.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for performance parts, aero parts, widebody kits, carbon fiber parts, electronics, drivetrain components, suspension components, engine parts, and turbo systems.
Trackuza is not responsible for installation errors, labor costs, tuning costs, paint work, body work, modification costs, fabrication costs, downtime, storage fees, or additional expenses related to product installation, fitment, delays, or warranty claims.
