Cancellation, Return, and Warranty Policy
PANDEM aero products are special-order components that may be manufactured, imported, or reserved specifically for each customer.
TRACKUZA’s current aero and widebody policy applies:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within three days of payment.
- Approved cancellations are subject to the applicable TRACKUZA cancellation fee.
- After the cancellation window, aero and widebody orders are nonrefundable.
- Once production, shipment, or fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be available.
- Returns and warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer and may require prior authorization or an RMA.
Customers should review all product details, fitment requirements, installation notes, estimated lead times, and TRACKUZA policies before ordering.

Most of our kits from Liberty Walk and Rocket Bunny are made to order. We have about a 4 to 7 weeks of build time and about a 1 week shipping time frame, if you want to get it by air. Shipping can be from $1000 to $3500 if you pick the air freight option. We do offer a different ship-by-ocean container option but that can take 1 to 3 months of waiting time.
