A single microscopic piece of debris can easily clog or jam a high-dollar aftermarket fuel injector, leading to a catastrophic lean condition and immediate engine failure. Traditionally, adding premium filtration meant plumbing an additional bulky filter inline, requiring more AN fittings, bracket space, and increasing the potential for hazardous fuel leaks.
