The copper wash has to be replaced every time you do an oil change. This is direct from Nissan Parts. The washer is located on the engine oil pan drain plug. 

Most of our kits from Liberty Walk and Rocket Bunny are made to order. We have about a 4 to 7 weeks of build time and about a 1 week shipping time frame, if you want to get it by air. Shipping can be from $1000 to $3500 if you pick the air freight option. We do offer a different ship-by-ocean container option but that can take 1 to 3 months of waiting time.
