Cancellation, Return, and Warranty Policy

PANDEM widebody kits are special-order aero products that may be manufactured, imported, or reserved specifically for each customer.

TRACKUZA’s current aero and widebody policy applies:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within three days of payment.
• Approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
• After the three-day cancellation period, aero and widebody orders are nonrefundable.
• Once production, shipping, or fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be available.
• Warranty and return claims are handled through the manufacturer and require prior authorization or an RMA.
• Products must not be returned directly to TRACKUZA without authorization.
