Cancellation, Return, and Warranty Policy
PANDEM widebody kits are special-order aero products that may be manufactured, imported, or reserved specifically for the customer.
TRACKUZA’s current aero and widebody policy applies:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within three days of payment.
- Approved cancellations are subject to the applicable TRACKUZA cancellation fee.
- After the three-day cancellation window, aero and widebody orders are nonrefundable.
- Returns and warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer and may require prior authorization.
